Rhythmfit is an all round fitness exercise program inspired by variety of music that comprises Fitness Dance, Kickboxing, Functional Core Training and (total) Stretch.

Our Rhythmfit classes are 50 minutes long with a Warm-up session plus Fitness Dance/Cardio/Kickboxing for the first 20 minutes, followed by Body weight workout, resistance and functional workout for another 20 minutes.
